FIRST TUESDAY OF EACH MONTH – “PRECISION POSITIONING & COMPELLING CORE MESSAGE”

Once you have your Sweet Spot defined, it is ANCHORED in the market as your POSITIONING.  This is a marketing term that refers to the discipline of deliberately STAKING A CLAIM in the minds of peers and prospects.  In a noisy, overcrowded market place it has never been more important that what you want to be known for (or your “go-to”) is “sticky” and super clear.

In this 2 hour session, I will use a simple, powerful metaphor to extend your Sweet Spot into a compelling EXPRESSION of POSITIONING and CORE MESSAGING (what you want people to say about you).

SECOND TUESDAY OF EACH MONTH – “DEFINING YOUR IDEAL CLIENT”

Once we have our desired POSITIONING and CORE MESSAGING, we need to dig deeper into our our RECEPTIVE and READY audience so we can have a rock solid definition of our ideal client.   Not just the superficial stuff, but what is driving and motivating them, their hopes and dreams.  And also some super practical considerations, where are they hanging out now and how do you get them to notice your message?

In this 2 hour session, we’ll expand your client identification work from Sweet Spot into an insightful picture of your ideal client so you can MEET THEM RIGHT WHERE THEY ARE and invite them on the first step of their transformation

 

THIRD TUESDAY OF EACH MONTH – “YOUR BRAND BLUEPRINT”

Once your SWEET SPOT, POSITIONING, CORE MESSAGING and IDEAL CLIENTS are defined its time to create a BRAND BLUEPRINT to align your strategy with what you SHOW THE WORLD.    A Brand Blueprint takes the lofty thinking about alignment and transformation and grounds it into your culture (internal).  It then inspires the look, feel and voice that will capture your vision and becomes a powerful tool for a designer to bring it to life.  This includes content from my program “Branding from the Inside Out” and my Style Archetypes framework.

At the end of this 2 hour session, you will have a BRAND BLUEPRINT that you can use internally as your decision compass PLUS a document that empowers a designer to create a gorgeous brand that is PERFECTLY you and will magnetise ideal clients.

FOURTH TUESDAY OF EACH MONTH – “WHAT GOES ON YOUR HOME PAGE”

So now we have our SWEET SPOT … which flowed to our POSITIONING and CORE MESSAGING.  We’ve identified our IDEAL CLIENTS – and started to learn more about them.  We’ve also returned to our Sweet Spot work to pull our deeper thinking into our BRAND BLUEPRINT.

So how do we translate all of that work into the best EXPRESSION of our value?  (This is known as your value proposition or unique selling proposition).  These 20 – 30 words appear “above the fold” on your website.  You have only seconds to connect with visitors, so these words and images have a big job to do.  This workshop has a bunch of great home pages to look at as you decide how to layer your site and what to include on your home page.
