REFUNDS

Terms and Conditions for Clients
Clients can purchase training through True Entrepreneur. Please see our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect and use personal information.
ACCESS
Access to True Entrepreneur’s training courses cannot be shared or transferred.
You may login and update your details at any time.
You warrant that the details you provide are true and correct and agree to update your details when they change.
SECURITY
You understand and agree that you will not share your training access (Learndash) username and password with anyone else. When you purchase from True Entrepreneur, you will be sent an email confirming your login details. Retain that information for future reference.
**IMPORTANT** If you do share your login details with any other person, please be aware that you will be deemed the purchaser (and responsible for payment) of any item purchased via your member account.
You may login to update your details and unsubscribe your Membership at any time.
PURCHASING
We offer training for sale at a specified price displayed with the item for sale. You may purchase at any time at the current price displayed by clicking on the “Buy Now” button.
Once you click on a “Buy Now” button, you agree to buy the training at the price then displayed and you cannot cancel that purchase.
**Please note: Members who fail to complete three (3) or more purchases in any six (6) month period, or return three (3) items or more in any six (6) month period may have their membership cancelled, so please be careful about choosing the items you wish to purchase.
CANCELLATION OF PROGRAM
If you share your login details or otherwise breach these Terms of Use, we reserve the right to cancel your access to our training programs, at our discretion.
